Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance GmbH is a German company and one of the six Heavy Aircraft Maintenance bases of PAML Group. We carry out maintenance on Ryanair’s entire fleet of the New Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft at our hangar facility located at Hahn Airport, Germany.

Sheet Metal Workers – Join Our Team in Hahn, Germany The Role and Responsibilities of a Sheet Metal Worker- Perform structural repairs and part replacements on Boeing 737-800 aircraft in compliance with approved maintenance manuals and regulatory standards
- Carry out metal assembly tasks including cutting, filing, drilling, countersinking, fitting, shimming, adjusting, clamping, bolting, reaming, riveting, and bucking.
- Operate standard tools and equipment such as bending machines, drills, and grinders.
- Work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).
- Identify and implement effective repair solutions using the Structural Repair Manual (SRM).
- Complete both routine and non-routine aircraft structural tasks with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Ensure accurate completion and certification of aircraft documentation in line with MOE and company procedures.
