Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance GmbH is a German company and one of the six Heavy Aircraft Maintenance bases of PAML Group. We carry out maintenance on Ryanair’s entire fleet of the New Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft at our hangar facility located at Frankfurt Hahn Airport, Germany.

Your profile
Who Are We Looking For?We’re looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented, and team-driven individuals who are ready to thrive in an innovative aviation environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous maintenance experience on B737-800 (highly desirable)
- A flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment and a willingness to work shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and nights)
- Good knowledge of English (written and oral) / German would be an advantage
- Interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union
- Preferably, a valid German security clearance according to § 7 of the German Aviation Security Act
- A deep passion for aviation and an unwavering commitment to technical excellence
- The ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments while solving complex problems
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth, embracing new challenges to advance skills and career
