Our mission
Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance GmbH is a German company and one of the six Heavy Aircraft Maintenance bases of PAML Group. We carry out maintenance on Ryanair’s entire fleet of the New Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft at our hangar facility located at Hahn Airport, Germany.

Avionic Mechanics – Join Our Team in Hahn, Germany 

The Role & Responsibilities of  an Avionic Mechanic 
  • Responsible for performing avionic inspections, routine maintenance, wiring modifications, system troubleshooting, installation, and dismantling of system components, and making adjustments to aircraft systems
  • Ensuring aircraft documentation is completed and certified according to the appropriate standards
  • Maintaining a high standard of work in all tasks 
  • Complying with all company procedures, policies, regulations, and MOE 
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment at all times. 
  • Ensuring the company's Health & Safety Policy is adhered to
  • Performing any other duties as requested by the Check Supervisor/Management and B2 Licensed Engineers
Your profile
Requirements
  • Applicants must have avionic experience, preferably hangar-based  
  • Previous maintenance experience on B737-800 is highly desirable 
  • Experience in wiring modification and electrical hand skills 
  • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics 
  • Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment and willingness to work shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and nights).
  • Applicants must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union 
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) / German would be an advantage  
  • Interpersonal and intercultural skills  
  • Valid EU driver’s license
  • Preferably holds a German security clearance in accordance with § 7 of German Aviation Security regulations
