Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance GmbH is a German company and one of the six Heavy Aircraft Maintenance bases of PAML Group. We Carry out maintenance on Ryanair’s entire fleet of the New Generation Boing 737-800 aircraft, at our hangar facility located in Hahn Airport, Germany.

B2 Aircraft Engineers to join our team in Hahn, 
The role includes the use of specialist IT applications such as AMOS, eLearning, and myboeingfleet, installation and dismantling of system components, adjustments on aircraft systems, checking and technical release of work already performed on the aircraft, error search, and troubleshooting as well as performing scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance work on aircraft.

The Role & Responsibilities as B2 Aircraft Engineer 
 
  • Responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks as required and allocated with minimal supervision 
  • Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks 
  • Complete the appropriate documentation 
  • Supervision of a team of ‘Aircraft Avionic Mechanics 
  • Comply with all Company procedures, policies, regulations and MOE 
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment 
  • Ensure the company Health & Safety Policy is adhered to 
  • Any other duties as requested by the Check Supervisor/Management
Your profile
Requirements
  • Applicants must have an EASA Part 66 CAT B2 license preferably with a Boeing 737-800 type rating  
  • Previous hangar experience is desirable 
  • Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment and willing to work shifts (including weekends, public holidays & nights) 
  • Good knowledge of English (written and oral) / German would be an advantage  
  • Interpersonal and intercultural skills  
  • Applicants must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union 
  • Preferably a valid German security clearance according to § 7 of German Aviation Security Act
